RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Item must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase is required

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Contact us at support@reforflow.com with your order number
2. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours
3. Ship the item back to our warehouse
4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

REFUNDS
- Full refund to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective
- Refund processing time: 5-7 business days after receipt
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send photos of the damage to support@reforflow.com
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items returned after 30 days
- Used or damaged items not caused by defect
